This policy covers data collected on the OffPal pre-launch waitlist page only. It does not apply to the OffPal iOS app, which will have its own policy when it launches.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist or complete the optional survey, we may collect:

  • Your email address
  • Optional survey answers (how often you stay up late, reasons, and interest in app-blocking features)
  • How you arrived at this page (referrer URL, UTM campaign parameters)
  • Your preferred language
  • A locale preference cookie stored in your browser (see Cookies below)
  • Analytics events such as button clicks or form submissions, if an analytics service is configured in future

Why we collect it

  • To send you a TestFlight invite when the early beta opens
  • To understand what kind of people are interested in OffPal, so we can build the right product
  • To improve this landing page based on how visitors interact with it

What we do not collect

  • Medical records or health history
  • Sleep tracking data (the landing page has no sensors or health integrations)
  • Your exact browsing history or content from other websites
  • Precise location
  • Payment information

How we store it

Waitlist and survey data is stored in Lark Base, a cloud productivity service. Data is retained until you ask us to delete it.

We take reasonable care to keep your data secure, but no system is completely risk-free.

Requesting removal

Email us at hello@offpal.app to request that your data be deleted. We will respond within 7 days.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers (such as cloud storage) as needed to operate the waitlist. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookies

We store one cookie — NEXT_LOCALE — in your browser to remember your language preference. It expires after one year. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
